Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the permission of a parent or guardian where appropriate. Provide accurate contact, payment and shipping details. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with its operation or infringement of another person’s rights.
Products and information
Review the selected product and variant before ordering. Descriptions and specifications apply only to the item and option selected. Colors can vary with screen settings. Some studio and lifestyle images are AI-styled illustrations; review the product’s detail images and description for its actual features. Illustrations do not add accessories or capabilities that are not expressly included in the listing. If information appears inconsistent, contact us before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Prices may change for future orders. Discounts apply only on their stated terms. No change to these terms or future pricing retroactively changes an accepted order.
Orders and availability
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to product availability, payment verification and fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud or a material listing error. We will notify you and promptly refund payment for items we cancel. We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.
Shipping and delays
We serve United States customers. Fulfillment partners may ship products from domestic or overseas warehouses, and items can arrive separately. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. In rare cases, arrival may take 15–20 calendar days from ordering, especially during holiday periods. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, address changes and delay procedures. Where required, we will notify you of shipment delays and provide the option to agree to the delay or cancel unshipped items for a prompt refund.
Returns and cancellations
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 14-calendar-day request window for eligible change-of-mind returns, authorization requirements, return costs, item condition and inspection before refunds. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. These conditions do not remove remedies required by law.
Product use and care
Follow the instructions supplied with the product, including charging and battery-safety directions. Use compatible charging equipment and do not use damaged batteries or charging cables. Do not expose a product to water beyond any verified rating. Do not assume unverified brightness, runtime, waterproofing or emergency capabilities. Keep a separate backup light where lighting is essential.
Website content and third-party services
Website text, design and imagery are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Personal browsing and shopping are permitted; unauthorized commercial copying or misuse is not. Shopify hosts our store, and payment, fulfillment and other service providers help us operate it. A third-party link does not mean that we control that website or guarantee its content.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep the store accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by website interruptions or use outside a product’s stated purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, overrides an express product promise, or limits mandatory consumer rights or our responsibility to provide required remedies.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. The terms in effect when you order govern that purchase, except where law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
