Provide your name, an email address where we can reply, and a clear description of your question. For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Please do not submit payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive financial information.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Submit your initial request through our contact form. Describe the issue and retain the item, packaging, and included accessories while we review your request.

We will explain how to provide any photographs, videos, or additional information reasonably needed for our investigation.

Return address

All returns require prior authorization. Once approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Do not return an item to the address printed on its shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
