Welcome to AmberTrail Gear. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information about purchases and use of our services.

1. Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. You must not use our website for unlawful activity, fraudulent purchases, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation.

2. Product information and images

Review the product description, selected option, included components, and available specifications before ordering. Features may differ between products and variants.

We aim to display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary with screen settings. Some studio and lifestyle images are AI-styled illustrations. Accessories, settings, or objects shown for presentation are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

Images do not establish brightness, runtime, waterproofing, battery capacity, or other performance specifications. Contact us before ordering if a particular feature is essential to your purchase.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for materially inaccurate or misleading product information.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order.

You authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for your purchase. Orders may be subject to payment verification.

4. Orders and availability

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to availability, payment verification, and fulfillment.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address, or a material pricing or listing error. We will notify you and promptly refund payment for canceled items.

We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.

5. Shipping and delivery

We accept orders for delivery within the United States only, subject to address and shipping-service availability.

Products may ship directly from domestic or overseas fulfillment partners. Items ordered together may arrive separately.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered. In rare cases, arrival may take 15–20 calendar days from ordering, especially during holiday periods or other shipping disruptions.

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery estimates, tracking, address accuracy, and shipment delays. Where required, we will notify you of delayed shipment and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel unshipped items for a prompt refund.

A delay does not remove rights or remedies required by applicable law.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery and authorized before shipment. Customers pay return shipping for these returns. Refunds are processed after the complete item is received and inspected in its original condition and packaging.

Claims involving damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items are investigated before approval. We may request photographs, videos, or other reasonable supporting information.

Contact us promptly to request cancellation or changes. We cannot guarantee discretionary changes once fulfillment begins. These conditions do not override applicable consumer rights.

7. Product use and care

Follow the instructions and safety information supplied with your product. Use compatible charging equipment and observe all battery-care directions.

Do not use damaged charging cables or batteries. Do not assume a product is waterproof, suitable for submersion, or designed for a particular emergency use unless the listing expressly confirms that capability.

Test lighting equipment before an outing and carry a separate backup where lighting is essential.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions may fall outside voluntary return coverage. This does not eliminate remedies for an existing product defect.

8. Website content

Website text, designs, logos, photographs, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

You may browse and use the website for personal shopping. Unauthorized commercial copying, redistribution, or misuse of website content is prohibited.

9. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment processors, fulfillment partners, carriers, and other service providers help us operate the business.

Third-party websites linked from our store operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or guarantee that website.

Our use of third-party providers does not remove our obligations to customers.

10. Errors and website availability

We may correct website errors and update information. Material errors affecting an existing order will be addressed with the customer rather than used to impose an undisclosed change.

We aim to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause interruptions.

11. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AmberTrail Gear is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or misuse of products.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, overrides an express product promise, or limits mandatory consumer rights, applicable warranties, or required remedies.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you visit our website, place an order, or contact us.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. The terms in effect when you place an order govern that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
